File clip and lip hook must be pre-cleaned and sterilized before every use.
PRE- CLEANING:
Use a soft brush or moist cloth to remove visible
contaminations, then wipe all the surfaces with a cloth lightly moistened with Ethanol for disinfection (Ethanol 70 to 80vol%) at least 1 min, repeat for 5 times.
PACKING:
Pack each component in a separate steam-sterilization
pouch.

Item will be send by ordinary registered airmail service (India Post) which may take 10  to 15 days but  we assume maximum 28 business days  for deliver it . You will have to sing on delivery at the time of receiving item. Any order above 250 USD valuation would be send through Express service either through DHL UPS or India Post speed post
RETURN POLICY
In case of any problems after receiving the item. Please contact within 7 days and only the purchase  amount will be refunded not the postage amount. One side postage for returning the item will be paid by the buyer. Money will be refunded by Paypal after the item is received.
